Effect of the Buffer System in Coal Coking Surplus Ammonia Wastewater on Ammonia-nitrogen desorption
The buffer system in coal coking surplus ammonia wasterwater was analysed.Effects of physical desorption on dosing alkali amount into suplus ammonia wastewater were studied.A simple predictive modeling about dosing alkali amount was established. Results showed that: ammonia concentration in surplus ammonia wastewater decreased 50% and tended to be stable after 20 min of physical desorption; dosing alkali amount reduced by 62% sharply with physical desorption time increasing and stabilized at 3 g/L after 20 min of physical desorption.Predictive modeling fitted well with reality dosing alkali amount after 15 min of physical desorption.
