Comparison of Environmental Loads Calculation in Offshore Platform Design Codes

摘要：

　　Design codes of DNV(Det Norske Veritas),ABS(American Bureau of Shipping),and API(American Petroleum Institute)for offshore platforms,whose operation experience and design theory are more mature in the world,were collected.Formulas of main environmental loads acting on platforms,i.e.wind,wave and current loads were compared.Then the differences of environmental loads calculation methods in these codes were studied.From the comparisons it can be found that environmental loads calculation methods in these codes are similar in form,but there are also great differences in calculation methods of some key factors.
