Effect of Fe-doped Lao.7Sro.15Caoa5Co1-xFexO3-δ on ITSOFC performance

  The cathode material La0.7Sr0.15Ca0.15Co1-xFexO3-δ(x=0.2、 0.4、 0.6、 0.8)was prepared by citrate method.The phase structure of the cathode material was characterized by X-ray diffrction.The results show that the position of XRD spectra diffraction peak shifts to the small angle with increasing Fe concentration,which indicates a larger grain size of cathode powder.The performance of cell prepared by molding method using La0.7Sr0.15Ca0.15Co1-xFexO3-δ as cathode is studied in the hydrogen/air.The results show that the open circuit voltage level and the content of Fe isn”t necessarily contact and the maximum power density decreases with Fe concentration increasing.The maximum power density decreases from 351.7 mW/cm2 to 231.1 mW/cm2 with x increases from 0.2 to 0.8 at 650 ℃.
