An Environmental Protection System Unitizing An Opt-Mechanic-Electrical Integrated Apparatus

　　An Opt-mechanic-electric integrated apparatus was developed to create an ecologic protection system.The controllable quasi-opening system can offer an active interception for the destructive force from environmental calamity.This system can form a fine ecologic protection zone,and the plant living in the zone would immune for the more and more serious dessert from the coming global warming.Furthermore,the system can change the destructive windy force into electric power,and transfer the solar light into electric power.The system can also collect and transport drain water and thus effective utilize water in drought area and desert.
