On the Transformation of the Existing Building-Energy Saving

　　With energy crisis continues to worsen,building-energy saving,as one of the important aspects of energy conservation and emissions reduction policies,is drawing more and more attention of policy-makers.This paper introduces and analyzes the related problems of the transformation of building-energy saving,providing references to future building-energy saving work.
