Field Test of Water Conservation and Zero Emissions of Discharge Technology in Boilers
Modem industrial boilers use the technology of softening-deoxidizing-emission,and have large water consumption,high sewage emission rate and cannot be economical and efficient recovery of condensed water,resulting in a great waste of water resource and environmental problems.In order to eliminate pollution initially,this study proposes a set of boiler water-saving and near zero discharge of wastewater operation mode,and takes measures of enhancement of nuclear state cleaning technology,oxidizing water condition with its scale/corrosion inhibition technology and supramolecular corrosion inhibition technology to ensure the boilers” safety.We take the field test to make the boilers operation in a new mode,establish a set of boiler water-saving and free of emission system.And the results show that the corrosion rate of carbon steel belonging to boilers and condensed water system is controlled between 0 and 0.001mm/a,scale inhibition rate is over 99.9%,the amount of water supplement for per ton of steam drops from 1.5t to 0.073t,the amount of wastewater for per ton of steam drops from 1.4t to 0.003t,the coal consumption for per ton of steam drops from 168.3kg to 152.3kg.
