The Application of Two Condenser Test Standards
The differences between the condenser performance test standards of VGB-R131Me and DL/T552-95 with various boundary conditions are described in detail in this paper. The condenser of the 600MW subcritical units is employed in the performance tests. The results show that the index R (the standard VGB-R131Me) and the comprehensive performance coefficient Kt (the standard DL/T552-95) are both greater than 1,and the two figures have the same changing trend. The disadvantages of the two standards are discussed for determining the exhaust steam enthalpy in the low pressure cylinder and calculating the standard flow.In the practical project, the accurate condensate flow in the deaerator should be taken as the standard flow, and the exhaust steam enthalpy in the low pressure cylinder should be calculated based on the energy balance of the turbine.
