Halving on Binary Edwards Curves

1 Introduction In 2008, Bernstein, Lange and Rezaeian Farashahi ”6” introduced a new method to compute the scalar multiplication on binary Edwards curves.They presented their addition and doubling formulas in two ways.The first one used traditional coordinates (X, Y, Z) and the second one used the ω-coordinate.
