Study on the Metal Surface Coating Treatment Using the Urethane Polymer
We fabricated urethane metal coating material with the best properties.We have compared properties of this urethane coating material with acrylic Paraloid B-72 and NAD10 in surface color change, surface gloss change, and durability.In three coating materials, the urethane coating material has showed the least change in color and gloss variation and it also has very strong adhesion and stable membrane thickness and a contact angles.Because of its best properties, this urethane material can be fully utilized in various field of metal surface coating and there is guarantee in the etemity and stabilization of restoration for metal cultural heritage.
