The Establishment of Evaluation Criteria System of Websites of E-Government Procurement of China
This paper aims at building up a set of scientific, suitable for Chinese situation evaluation criterion system on websites of e-government procurement of China so as to provide a reference standard and uniform rule for the construction of future websites of e-government procurement of China.This paper defines the objectives of the websites of e-government procurement of China, designs the evaluation criteria eliciting flow on websites of e-government procurement of China, constructs the multi criteria evaluation index system of website of e-government procurement of China for the first time.
