Analysis of Influencing Factors on Supply Chain Coordination
Many researches on supply chain coordination arrive at meaningful coordination contracts.In order to help chain members to finger out which contract should be applied in their specific business environments, this paper analyzes the factors affecting contracts” application on the basis of putting forward the essence of supply chain coordination.Factors are categorized as market demand, competitors” relationship, supply chain structure, and decisions making, with the attributes being analyzed according to their influences on coordination.More importantly this paper studies the related products” characters, such as storage life, customer”s loyalty, etc, which are seldom discussed in coordination before, and analyzes the influence in details.
