高層建築物に於ける同調質量方式と中間層免震方式の複合ツステムによる耐震効果について

  In this paper, applicable proposition of inter-story isolation system for high-rise building structures is considered.Seismic response of the lower structure below the isolation story is emphasized and the upper structure” s mass damper effect is estimated.For this aim, practical conditions to design the inter-story isolation system as ”Tuned-Mass Damper (TMD)” are investigated.It is focused on the cases that the isolation story is equipped at the comparative higher location of the comparative high-rise building structure with long natural period.Numerical case studies to evaluate for aseismic efficiency of the inter-story isolation system which is designed as TMD are executed.As a result, it is assured that the equivalent damping (which appear as the TMD effects) of the lower structure and the upper structure” s isolating effects can be gained at the same time, when the upper structure than the isolation story is designed having enough prolonged natural period and aptness mass ratio.
