　　It is of great importance to establish innovative experiment in the universities when cultivating college students” innovative spirit, ability and quality.This paper discusses the need of innovative talent, the necessity of innovative experiment in cultivating industrial design talents and the construction of innovative experiments in Teaching Reforms.
