The Characteristics and Management Strategies of Informal Organizations on Wenzhou Local College Students

　　The informal organizations on college students are the group produced naturally in their common study and life process on the basis of emotion, enjoyment and other moods with the feature of loose and no formal requirement.In this paper, the informal organizations on the college students is defined at first, at the same time, the characteristics of the informal organization on the college students is analyzed in detail.Finally, the management approaches are proposed.
