　　This paper focus on counselling work of National Undergraduate Electronic Design Contest (NUEDC), the author puts forward ”planning reasonable counselling content, making detailed counselling scheme” feasibility implementation scheme which will have some reference function to Contest counselors.National Undergraduate Electronic Design Contest (NUEDC) is one ofthe four course contests advocated by the ministry of education, is a mass science and technology activity facing Undergraduates.As a electronic design contest counselor, I collect myself and colleagues counseling experience, puts forward ”planning reasonable counselling content, making detailed counselling scheme” feasibility implementation scheme.
