The Management of Academic Competition in Universities

摘要：

　　In this paper, the academic competition reflects the combination of basic expertise knowledge and comprehensive capabilities and has a good role in promoting the improvement of the quality ability of college students.at first, the significance and role of academic competition is analyzed.At the same time, the management systems and strategies on colleges and universities are proposed from the view of college students, teachers, university teaching administration parts.
