Tracking and correction using multi-distance multi-hypothesis matching with a threshold decision

Understanding behavior of cells is an important research area with many important applications, while an inherent problem of most cell tracking algorithms is over-under-or mis-segmentation of cells.In this paper, partition segments, annotate partition, correct and track using multi-hypothesis matching with threshold decision is introduced while a segmentation algorithm is mentioned.
