The Social Assessment of Contemporary Normal Students” Vocational Skills
Based on the investigation data on 25 middle schools in Hubei province, this paer evaluated the contemporary students” professional skills from the employing angle of middle school.Results show that, Contemporary normal students with good professional attitude, but teamwork spirit to be improved; they have relatively firm professional theory and the knowledge utilization ability, but the teaching reform and technical innovation ability need to be strengthened.They have the standard Chinese mandarin and the good expression ability.They can control class effectively and progress teaching activities reasonably.But the ability of ”three kinds of handwritings and one painting” is weak.Teaching material research and handling ability remain to ascend; they have the good computer and Internet knowledge and the strong information acquisition ability.Most normal students possess strong courseware development and the utilization ability; the head teacher job skills are relatively weak.This requires colleges in the process of upbringing of students.Responding to their problems, Optimize and innovate the existing talent training scheme and coarse systems.Constantly strengthen normal students” professional skills.Convey high-quality teachers for our country”s education career.
