Influencing Factors and Strategies of House Price --The Example Analysis of Zhengzhou

　　In the resent years, the house price was rising rapidly in the whole country and became the concern of the public and the hot issue of the society.The house price was rising rapidly to bring huge living pressure on the public to be the significant problem about people”s livelihood.So what were the real factors resulting in the rapidly rising house price was analyzed based on the house price develop tendency of Zhengzhou and the corresponding solution was put forward in this paper.
