Theory and Demonstration Analysis on Venture Capitalists Deployment Intellectual Capital

　　Intellectual capital is important for venture company.Venture capital is the combination of management knowledge with innovation knowledge.The main resource flows from venture capitalists to venture company is intellectual capital rather than monetary capital merely.The paper analysis on the process of venture capitalists deploy intellectual capital for venture company both theory and demonstration.At first, it discuss on the concept of intellectual capital for venture capital.And then it analysis on the course of the venture capitalists deploy intellectual capital for venture company from three aspects that recruit manager, supply incentive and control culture, lead into society capital.At last, it takes on a demonstration research.
