Construction and Preliminary Exploration of Computer Related Professional Talents Cultivation System at the Open University
With national development plans and computer talent demands and many other requirements, Zhejiang Open University should build software information technology related majors and personnel training programs for national development and social progress.This article focuses on analysis of the design of computer related talents cultivation plan at the Open University which reflecting the principles of ”talent, quality, learning and service” and the mentality of the construction of computer related majors.Moreover, with reference to software development and application talents cultivation plan, this article preliminarily explores computer related professional talents cultivation system at the Open University.
