Since humans began to use symbols for recording,patterns which contains different meanings as a language form appeared and have been used until now.It is a way for people to exchange feelings,information and pray.Today lots of designing of the culture activities” sign has been influenced by the Chinese auspicious patterns,which used a concise picture to show the meanings.It makes our daily life and activities have unity and order.What”s more our society becomes more traditional.Chinese auspicious patterns normally use myths legend,folk fables etc as themes; use hypostasis,implied comparison,a pun,a symbol etc.as their method; use figures,flowers,bird,animals etc as subject and create together.It shows the desire of happiness and good fortune,with strong ethnic characteristics.It is very important to investigate traditional Chinese auspicious symbols for designing modern logo.
