Operation Space to No Barrier Design of Kitchen for the North of the Aged
The populations aging in our country are getting more and more serious and vulnerable groups” interests are attention in the background,how to realize the needs of elderly,ensure the quality of life of old people become the old residential design change,and human nature of the disabled important content.This paper studies the general research for the traditional method and theory,and combining the systematic design ideas for old people use in the kitchen of the existence of the barriers and problems in the research of the system.Based on the old psychological characteristics,the north of the old behavior and so,and combined with the analysis of the human dimension data as reference,from the kitchen area,the environment,the furniture and so on,this paper discussed the north of the old housing design principles and requirements for the construction of a safe and comfortable,convenient,practical,the kitchen space.
