Study on the Manufacture, Design and Application of the Composite Materials of Biomass

  The topic uses sawdust,straw,wood chips and other loose and small biomass as raw materials.At a certain temperature and under high pressure,the lignin of raw materials becomes deformation rearranging particles of raw materials,reducing the size substantially,increasing the density and bonds the fibers of raw materials together closely.After mechanical extrusion,it forms a bar with a certain shape.The mechanism stick after curing suppression integrates with the waste plastic in a vacuum furnace through the drying stage,the pre-carbonization stage,the carbonization stage and the insulating phase shaping a connected pore structure with a porous carbon materials woodceramics.In this paper,the optimal proportion is determined by analyzing the influence of different factors on the performance of Resin Matrix Composite by the orthogonal experiment.Namely,woodceramics mixes the unsaturated polyester solution which adds 2 percent cobalt isooctanoate and 1 percent methyl ethyl ketone peroxide promoting active oxygen to open the double bonds of the unsaturated polyester resins and styrene molecules in order to solidify them.This new resin matrix composite not only retains the characteristics of woodceramics but also have a transparent effect and adsorption function through the composition effect.This new type of composite material also has the advantages of plant fibers and polymer solving the recycle problems of the plastics and agricultural waste.
