The challenges of globalization to students” affairs administration in Chinese universities shouldn”t be neglected. On the basis of the specific national situations in China, the students” affairs should be administrated by absorbing foreign advanced experience and promoting the organic integration of education, management and service. In addition, it should constantly adapt to the new changes, characteristics and requirements of contemporary college students. Also, resources should be integrated and systems should be innovated. Only by adhering to all these principles, can managers take some effective countermeasures against the challenges along with the times and find a road to success that will meet with the requirements of social development and suit the basic national situations in China.
