”Abstract” This paper is aimed at analyzing an area power system. After detailedcalculationwe found it is necessary to control the transient stability of thus area powersystem. Based On to the characteristic of the area powersystema decentralied andintegrated Control mode is introduced to solve the problem. It is simple and can be easilyrealized to compare the valne of △P when fault occurs with thai of △P set.
