Comparison of Chinese and Western Physical Exercise Mode on the Postoperative Recovery of Patients with Breast Cancer:One-year Follow-up of a Randomized Controlled Clinical Trial

Introduction Breast cancer has become the world”s highest incidence malignant tumor in the women.According to the global Cancer statistics results released by the Intemational Agency for Research on Cancer, the annual growth rate of breast cancer in China is 3％ ～ 4％,which higher than global growth rate.It is worth noting that the incidence of breast cancer in Hong Kong (?％) is far higher than in other Asian countries,such as in mainland China (e.g.Beijing and Shanghai, 1/2000-3000).Adverse reactions caused by breast cancer itself and the treatment may lead to body and psychological problems,such as fatigue,physical decline,depression,anxiety,social isolation and self-image disorder, such as the patient”s quality of life for a long period of time.
