Introduction and Subject Definition Productivity is the standard by which human power in using resources for the achievement of his desired goal can be determined.Various techniques and methodologies for the better use of machinery and human resources were introduced after Feredriks Taylor”s systematic approach in management in the early twentieth century.All of those techniques emphasized manufacturing and economical efficiency in producing organizations.
