Relationship Among the Critical Success Factors in China

摘要：

　　Organizations look to enterprise resource planning (ERP) as a significant strategic tool of competition.ERP plays an important role in today”s enterprise management and is beginning to be the backbone of organizations.An experience survey using a questionnaire with 46 respondents within Shanghai city was conducted concerned the critical success factors that affect the ERP implementation in Chinese organizations.Data analysis shows that CSF is vital to ERP implementation and may keep the implementation on schedule,within budget, and successful uses.
