Analysis of Human Factors in Aviation Maintenance Accidents/Incidents Investigation

　　During the use and maintenance of aircraft,the aviation accidents/incidents are mostly caused by human factors.Investigating a typical aviation maintenance human errors case with the causal logic chain from system safety point based on the human factors analysis theoretical methods.Exploring the underlying reasons of aviation accidents/incidents induced by human factors combined with unsafe behavior implicit and explicit failure theory,to build out the human factors accidents/incidents analysis model and get the investigation results.Conclusion can be used to aviation human errors analysis,providing theoretical guidance to establish system safety and safety culture from the organizational level.
