Study on the Microstructure and Magnetic Properties of 1J22 Alloy Heat Treated in H2 Atmosphere
1J22 alloy of hot rolled bar was heat treated in hydrogen atmosphere at 1150℃,and the magnetic properties and microstructure of alloys before and after heat treatment were studied in detail.The results showed that after H2 protection heat treatment the α phase content increased and the grain size increased to 200μm;saturation magnetic induction (Bs) and maximum permeability (μm) increased largely while eoereivity reduced sharply.
