Application of Polyacrylate Nanocapsule Loaded with Fragrance in Leather
The aromatic leather was prepared via the application of polyacrylate nanocapsule loaded with fragrance in leather wet blue.The aromatic leather manufacture process was optimized based on the fragrance utilization ratio and sensory evaluation.The structure of the aromatic leathers was characterized by Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).The results showed that when the condition of the aromatic leather was: m (nanocapsules): m (leather) =7∶1,pH 5,reaction temperature 25℃,the leather has the best aromatic effect.SEM demonstrated that the spherical nanocapsules dispersed on the leather fibres.FTIR showed that the fragrance nanocapsule had been incorporated into the leathers.After displayed 12 days,the aroma of the aromatic leathers was only decreased 12.28%.
