Synthesis and Performaces of Flake-Like FeNi3 Alloy Nanoparticles
In the present work,FeNi3 alloy nanoparticles were prepared by reducing iron and nickel salts in alkaline aqueous solution.The morphology,structure and magnetic properties of the flake nanoparticles were characterized by FE-SEM,XRD,VSM.The results showed that pure FeNi3 alloy nanoparticles can be obtained in this work.And the morphology of the particles can be transformed from spherical to flake-like by the concentration of alkaline solution,under ultrasonic dispersing.The flake-like structure of Fe-Ni alloy nanoparticles showed higher saturation and lower coercive force than that of spherical ones,with saturation magnetization (Ms) of about 57emu/g,the coercivity (Hc) of about 100 Oe.The real part (μ”) and the imaginary part (μ”) of permeability of the flake-like particles were higher than that of spherical ones and showed increased with frequency in the range of 0.1-1.0GHz.
