Recent Progress in Preparation and Ferromagetic Performance of ZnO Doped with Transition Metal
In this paper,the preparation and ferromagnetic performance of ZnO doped with transition metal had been described.Since now,the theory that how the magnetism generated mainly based on the average magnetic field theory and Monte Carlo models; it listed the curie temperature of different doped semiconductors in a series of experiments and the preparation of doped magnetic semiconductors by sol-gel method.It mainly summarized parts of magnetic parameters of ZnO-based diluted magnetic semiconductors,which were in the form of nanowires and a brief description of the reason why it showed magnetism.Considering the demand of more references,such as the mechanism,Curie temperature and magnetism,nanowires of diluted magnetic semiconductor would be the mainly hot research.
