Thinking about the Training Mode of the Noncommissioned-Officer Cadets
In this paper, the importance of the noncommissioned-officer cadets” education is simply analyzed firstly from the importance of the noncommissioned-officer cadets” posts and its educational goals.Then the top-level design of the noncommissioned-officer cadets” education and the importance of thinking much of to the needs of the cadets are stated with the current military struggles.It is emphasized that our education must base on the requirements from the post that undertook by the cadets after their graduation and the needs and feel of the cadets must be considered carefully.At last, some researches we have done such as a kind of effectively training model of the noncommissioned-officer cadets that has been worked hardly to grope for on practical aspects are summarily presented.
