Safety Countermeasures for Surrounding Rock Supporting and Controlling at Complicated Longwall Faces
Main safety problems of fully mechanized face about steep seam,dead soft high coal seam,thin coal seam and support of 7 meters super large mining height face are analyzed.Technical approaches to guaranteeing supporting system stability of working face and controlling surrounding rock effectively with complex conditions are proposed.The high inclination-angle hydraulic support with rhombo-shape,”embrace mining” top coal caving technology at dead soft high coal seam and structure of the hydraulic support,automatic matching mode based on drum shearer at fully mechanized face about thin coal seam,patent achievement and result including telescopic girder and guard device structure of hydraulic support at 7 meters super large mining height face and great gradient transitional matching mode in the end of mining face.It is proved that the adaptability and reliability of hydraulic roof support are the core of effective supporting and safely production at longwall face.
