Sport policy is expected to be one of the national key policies.Sport has doubtlessly made significant contributions to the enhancement of national prestige through various international competitions including Olympic Games while offering national reconciliation and improving the quality of life.In spite of such contributions, legal and institutional support for developing national sport appears insufficient.Sport policy is not even considered as one of the 50 major tasks for the national policies; Sport-related administrative services are dispersed into several departments, thus making efficient policy planning and operation difficult.
