Results of the two ways to treat the Cesarean Scar Pregnancy
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of surgical and conservative treatment of Cesarean Scar Pregnancy.Methods:32 cases of CSP situation were retrospectively analyzed.The efficacy of surgical and conservative treatment were compared.Results:17 patients were treated by conservative method (Intervention,MTX treatment,drugs and curettage).14 patients were cured,and the cure rate was 82.4%.3 cases who failed conservative treatment underwent laparotomy (1 case with hysterectomy,2 cases with resection of scar pregnancy,mean bleeding about 1900ml).15 patients underwent surgical treatment were cured,and the cure rate was 100%.We compared the efficacy of the conservative and the surgery,which was no significant difference(P>0.05).The efficacy of the surgical treatment group and the conservative treatment group was statistically significant in type Ⅱ CSP (P<0.05).Conclusions:Type Ⅱ CSP is more suitable for surgical treatment;The advantage of surgical treatment is short duration,therefore we should strictly control the indications of conservative treatment.The patients with surgical indications should be actively operated.
