Magnetic-Field Sensor Based on Thin-core Fiber and Magnetic Fluid
A magnetic field sensor based on the thin-core fiber and magnetic fluid (MF) has been proposed in this paper.The transmission spectra of the proposed sensor under different magnetic field intensities have been investigated.The results show that the magnetic field sensitivity reaches up to -0.058dB/Oe with the linear range from 750e to 300Oe.The proposed magnetic field sensor possesses the advantages of compact size,high sensitivity,intensity-modulated for magnetic field.
