One of the bottlenecks for developing ”point of care” detection is the readout method,especially in resource-constrained regions.Current strategies for sensitive detection mainly relied on bulky and complex equipment that may not be available in laboratories with fewer resources.Here,we circumvent this problem by introducing a new method of labeling antibodies for the colorimetric detection of immunoassav which can be read bv naked eve.
