Synthesis of Fe-Co nanoparticles-decorated reduced graphene oxide and their application for nonenzymatic H2O2 detection
In this paper,a novel synthetic approach has been designed to prepare Fe-Co nanoparticles-decorated reduced graphene oxide (rGO) nanocomposite.Several analytical techniques including SEM,TEM,FTIR,XRD and XPS have been employed to characterize the resulting nanocomposites. It was found that such nanocomposites exhibit good catalytic activity toward the reduction of H2O2.The performance of the sensor was further optimized using various pH and different scan rates. The developed sensor displayed high sensitivity and lower limit of detection. Thus this nanocomposite could be potential material for the construction of sensitive and efficient hydrogen peroxide sensor.
