以特征性影像学为表现形式的线粒体肌脑病1例

摘要：

A patient, Male, aged 20.Intermittent headaches, limbs twitch six months, speech disorder more than 10 days, aggravation one week.The patient suddenly felt headache on the September 12, 2006, forehead sustained pain.The headache has been increasing in the next early morning, with nausea, vomiting, wandering and language chaos, and bodytemperature was 37.4℃.
