Microwave-assisted hydrothermal synthesis of CNTs-MnO2composites for supercapacitor electrodes

摘要：

　　The CNTs-MnO2 composite is synthesized by a rapid and facile microwave-assisted hydrothermal method.XRD, SEM and TEM results indicate that carbon nanotubes are covered by MnO2 nanosheets in the composite.Cyclic voltammetry (CV) is used to measure the electrochemical properties of the composite.The specific capacitance reaches 154 F/g at scan rate of 100 mV/s.The composite shows promising application for supercapacitor electrodes.
