FUNCTIONAL ENHANCEMENT OF COHATA MODULAR SYSTEM

The Perm State National Research University (PSNRU) and FXC-PNG LLC advance actively and implement on software basis a number of acoustic methods in SONATA system ”1,2,3”.First of all,it is sectoral acoustic logging.Unlike conventional ones,sectoral acoustic logs comprise one or several directional acoustic radiators and detector patterns located at the tool perimeter.Sectoral acoustic logs may differ in number of sectors,operating frequency of radiators,sizes of sondes,combinability of these with conventional integral AL sondes.
