When Can Harms Disaggregation Imply Precautionary Effort?

　　This paper proposes a comparative statics analysis for precautionary effort via Eeckhoudt and Schlesinger (2006)”s harms disaggregation idea.Within an expected-utility framework,we show that prudence alone implies precautionary effort.
