Clinical Trial of Tumor Therapy with Carbon ions at HIRFL-CSR of IMP, China

摘要：

Between November 2006 to July 2013,213 patients have been treated at Heavy Ion Research Facility in Lanzhou-Cooling Storage Ring (HIRFL-CSR),Institute of Modern Physics (IMP),Chinese Academy of Sciences,China,collaborating with local hospitals.In the 213 patients,there were 103 with superficially-placed tumors (skin squamous cell carcinoma,basal cell carcinoma,malignant skin melanoma,sarcoma,lymphoma and other skin lesions) and 110 with deep-steaded tumors (brain tumor,head and neck tumors,hepatocellular carcinoma,lung cancer,pancreatic cancer,prostate cancer,sacrum chordoma,bone and soft-tissue sarcomas,etc).
