Synthesis and Preliminary Evaluation of 99mTc-labelled monomeric and dimericFolate Derivatives viaClick Reaction
Introduction:The folate receptor is over expressed in a wide variety of human tumors.In our study,multimer conceptwas used to synthesize FR-targeting imaging probes.Methods:The novel folate derivatives were radiolabeled with 99mTc using tricine and trisodium triphenylphosphine-3,3′,3″-trisulfonate (TPPTS) as coligands,and resulted in two complexes(99mTc-HYNIC-D0-FA1,99mTc-HYNIC-D1-FA2).Their affinity properties,cell uptake,biodistribution and micro-SPECT/CT imaging were evaluated,respectively.
