MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are single-stranded,～22 nt long endogenous noncoding RNAs and function in interfering the expression of their target genes by binding to the 3”-untranslated region (UTR) of the mRNAs.They play an important role in molecular functions of multicellular eukaryotes.Disordered miRNA expression usually linked with cancer.
