摘要：

Glucosinolates are a major class of secondary metabolites found in Brassicaceae.The degradation products of glucosinolates have proven to be increasingly important for human health and in crop protection.The biosynthetic pathway has been elucidated in Arabidopsis using biochemical and genetic approaches.
