Diagnostic and predictive value of sperm DNA fragmentation in evaluation of male infertility and reproductive outcomes: a mata-analysis study

摘要：

Sperm DNA fragmentation (SDF) shows great promise as a biomarker in diagnosis of infertility and prediction of assisted reproduction technology (ART) outcomes.The present meta-analysis aimed to systematically evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of SDF for male infertility and the predictive value for ART outcomes after intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI).The PudMed,Embase,FMRS,CBMdisc and CNKI databases were searched for all relevant publications.
